  • “My thesis in a few lines”: interview with José Herilalao Andriarimalala, Malagasy researcher, specializing in livestock.

    As part of its interview series "my thesis in a few lines", the PRéRAD-OI exhanges with Jose Herilalao Andriarimalala, Malagasy researcher in forage production, who defended his doctoral thesis on January 2021.

    An opportunity for José to review his academic background and to come back on his doctoral work in connection with the ARChE_Net network. His work focuses on the composition of the diet of ruminants in Madagascar and on ingestion based on techniques fecal markers and near infrared spectrophotometry (NIRS).

    PRéRAD-OI interviews Anziz Ahmed Abdou, a Comorian student at the University of Réunion, supervised for his thesis by Cirad in Réunion and the University of Réunion (UMR PVBMT). An opportunity for Anziz to come back on his background and to present us his PhD work in progress, which he is leading in the framework of the PRPV network (Pôle régional de protection des végétaux) and of the regional scientific cooperation project EPIBIO-OI ...work which focuses on invasive exotic species in the Comoros archipelago, their dynamics and their prevalence in degraded ecosystems of the archipelago...

    This week, PRéRAD-OI speaks with Ch. Abacar Soilihi, a Comorian teacher-researcher who is doing his PhD thesis within the QualiREG network.
